AREC 420 International Agricultural Trade and Marketing 

Course Description: This course is an introduction to international trade and how trade affects agricultural and resources markets. This course includes general and partial equilibrium analysis of international trade; institutional aspects of international marketing of agricultural products; and the impacts of trade policies on American agriculture. 

Student Learning Outcomes/Objectives: By the end of this course, students will understand the fundamentals of international trade and know the basic skills for analyzing the economics of trade issues. Additionally, students will also understand trade agreements and policies such as tariffs and regulatory barriers.
